hi im a rather large lady and will be soon joining a gym and getting help from the doctors but i was wondering if anybody has some tips for me on how to keep fit (with the hole family) that isnt gonna cost too much, i wanna get my boys involved but they are only young so want fun things to do as a family that will also help me to drop these pounds, thanx ladies xx :

bike rides, walk as much as possible.. excerisse at home in the evenings. get a wii for all the family to play on 
and lots n lots of water xx

thanx hun was going to get a wii but cant afford 1 at the min, we walk alot and long distances dont think it helps cause iv always been a walker il have to start jogging lol x
